| The following videos are, like most all art mediums, simply another way for me to express in a different manner. None of these are to be taken as a serious statement of any sort, but more as yet another way for experiencing things from a different point of view. I routinely carry my camera, and if something catches my eye, I film it with no particular idea in mind. and once i see all the material I have gathered after some time, i figure out what to do with it. I believe that most of the time, the video, the canvas, or the subject in a photography is telling us how it needs to be done, painted or photographed rather than us making a conscious decision of what we are going to turn it into. I like to think of it as revealing the nature of an unpolished gem. : ) |
